In order to re-vitalize Bang & Olufsen into the modern market, it needs a new image.
This new design language is characterized by being powerful yet serene and organic yet juxtaposing. I like to call it: Resistance.

The Ideation Process ︎︎︎















My collection of dinnerware focuses on the increased awareness of the senses while dining. With that in mind I developed a full collection including a vaporized palate cleanser, a dish set and glass set through multiple rounds of sketching and photo-bashing.
The Collection

Vaporized Palate Cleanser
The palate cleanser is a product that is taken between course meals to equalize the palate before the next dish. It uses vapor technology to cleanse both scent and taste receptors, and can be controlled by a vertical slider.

Chilled Glasses
The glassware set consists of one stemless wine glass and one stemless champagne glass. A vertical slider allows the glass to be chilled throughout a course meal. This product can only reach cool temperatures.

Thermal Dishset
The Bang & Olufsen tableware set is characterized by its ability to automatically adapt its temperature to regulate and maintain the temperature of the food that is put upon it. For greater manageability, a manual control slider is situated near the bottom of the dish, and can adjust to both hot and cool temperatures.

Restaurant Integration ︎︎︎
This Bang & Olufsen dinner ware line is designed for the restaurant Atomix, a Michelin 2-star Korean Restaurant in New York City. The set has been created to help present traditional Korean cuisine in an enhanced, modern setting.
